Rarity: common in most circulated grades. State coins of mediocre quality are more common.

Facts about the 1925 P Cent: Generally well struck and common in all grades.

1925 S wheat penny

Rarity: Common in most grades. Coins of poor quality are fairly common. Fully struck good quality coins are rare.

Facts about the 1925 S Cent: This is the first D mint since 1917 is of good to average quality. However few of these coins are well struck and most are of average quality. You will have no trouble getting a full brown cent.
