Rarity: You may find fully red cents with ease. This issue is common in all grades.

Facts about the 1928 P Cent: These cents are typically well struck. They are generally light brown, red or yellow in color.

1928 D wheat penny

Rarity: you can readily find good quality cents. These are especially common in lower grades.

Facts about the 1928 D Cent: Finding good quality cents with full red coloring can be difficult. However, if you look around diligently you may find one to add to your collection. Most of these cents have worn dies with a dull brownish reddish color.

1928 S wheat penny

Rarity: You can readily find this issue in low grades. However choice quality cents are rare. Full struck red colored cents are extremely rare.

Facts about the 1928 S Cent: These cents are generally of poor quality and have worn dies.
